      Hi,

      Just recently picked up an “okay” condition 1988 780 from my father-in-law in Northern Alberta,  drove it down and imported it to WA state for my wife and I.  We’re really enjoying the car, and are trying to fix as many of the little things as we can, affordably.

      Well, this past weekend, I was just side swiped on the the streets of Seattle and they took out our driver’s side mirror!! Arg >:(

      So for our immediate needs… does anyone have one for sale?  It’s the heated blue tinted glass type (which I think is normal on all 780s).

       

      Other items in need of replacing (see pictures below):

      • Driver’s side front corner lamp (OR left and right euro clear corner lamps!) – ours is cracked
      • Driver’s side rear tail lamp – ours is cracked
      • Fuel filler door, possibly the hinge too
      • The small little rectangular plug on the front that covers the European headlight wiper hole.
      • Both Fog lights
      1. HVAC control plastic trim bezel
      2. brown/grey dash piece (ours has screws put into it from something being previous mounted)
      3. MPH gauge cluster (our car was from Canada, and only has KPH listed)

       

      Don’t mind the filthy car, it’s from Alberta… after all.  Drove on an hour long dirt road to pick her up!

        I have a set of used front corner lights in USA spec (like yours) and also rear left light (new or used) – let me know if you want to check the prices.

            shipping to USA (with insurance for 200$) is about 30$ (if max 2 kilograms) – shipping time 6-8 days

              I do not have the whole cluster but I have quite a few gauges, including MPH speedometer which I was able to locate last night. I should have all the gauges somewhere minus the temp gauge which I sold to someone in Europe some time ago. If you want to only swap the speedometer you’re in luck.

              The mirrors I am still on the hunt for, I know I have them I just ran out of time searching yesterday.

                I will add that my speedometer has 159996 on the odometer, perhaps you can cannibalize the two of them to get one MPH gauge with your odometer?

                  Sure, I’ve got the mirror taped together at the moment, so I’m not in dire need.
