Dark Blue 780 Currently on US Ebay

Does anyone have any comments or observations about the dark blue turbo 780 currently on the US Ebay site? It is located in Auburn, Washington and missing a headliner. Mileage is 188,000 miles. The text doesn’t provide a lot of information about the car that most people would want to know. The car doesn’t look bad in the photos.

The 89 was the first year of the B230FT with 175hp. Looks like a great candidate for a full restoration.

Any comments on a fair value for the car? It is a running car. The negatives appear to be: no headliner, cracked windshield, dent in driver’s door, shrinking of vinyl at top of door, wear through of side bolster on driver’s seat, along with various dings and chips here and there from 27 years.

Don´t know if it is the lighting but it seems that there´s some kind of brown spot on the boot lid? You can see it in pictures 2 and 3.
