Has anyone used a chip upgrade on the 780 computer? Curious what manufacture and how it worked out? Lots of discussion on this on Turbobricks.

    Davies,

many B230ft owners in Sweden uses a chip form this site as a performance upgrade.

    http://www.kgtrimning.com/

the page is in Swedish I’m afraid. but perhaps google translate can help.

it say in ad that the chip gives about 220+ BHP and 327Nm of torque. price is about 370 USD

Is that improvement just from the chip? Do they have to have the ECU sent in or is it something an owner can install? Thanks for the link. I may need some translation help 🙂

Jonas, is the chip sent off or does is it just something that can be plugged in?

How expensive are most chips that anyone has had success with?
